But you understand the intent of the original ruling, how it had nothing to do with crosses, how they revised their ruling to allow religious symbols, how people legally marched with crosses, and how this tweet mis-characterizes all of that and creates a narrative in a couple words. And then it gets amplified. One thing leads to another and people across the world think CDA banned crosses and the citizens are therefore revolting by carrying crosses. JFC. This culture war Twitter shit is cancer.

Not at all. I'm stoked you got to carry crosses through a Independence Day parade. Doesn't really make sense, but I'm glad you were able to. It's also a good thing the symbology the ruling was intended for wasn't allowed. All of these things are fair. The mis-characterization about what happened is not. I was on a motorcycle ride Fern. Carrying crosses and matching for God and good is something I can support. Not pride flags and BLM twits.
They banned them. Then lifted the ban after lots of push back.
