I don’t have any issue going after these kids. They end up going to Troy or Middle Tennessee State and you watch one of their games on a Thursday night and think “UW could have had this guy.”
I get what you're saying but the other schools recruiting him are Louisville, Syracuse and Auburn (though I would wonder if that's not a legit offer anymore) - don't you mean you see guys like him playing in those ACC games?
The recruiting analysts predict May, after his Notre Dame dalliance, will end up close to home, playing for Auburn, which is 80 miles away once you get through Luverne, Troy and Tuskegee, and merge onto Interstate 85 from his Sweet (Highland) Home, Alabama.
