A federal judge issued a ruling Monday that blocks the Biden administration's ban on new exports of liquefied natural gas (LNG) following a challenge by a group of more than a dozen states.
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Lake Charles Division granted the multi-state coalition's request for a preliminary injunction that prevents the ban on new LNG export projects from taking effect while the case plays out.
"This is a big win for the country's energy industry and the millions of jobs it supports against the attacks from the Biden administration to further its radical climate change agenda at the expense of our economy," West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said in a statement.
"This administration's Energy Department has no such authority to justify this ban – authority on matters like this lies with Congress and Congress alone," he added.

How will they then get them onto the ballots in several states that have a time line to be on the ballot and no changes after that point.
They might be stuck with Kamala because she was already on the ticket. God that would be epic.
It's going to be extremely difficult for them to do so. Sleddie cited one. Another is that the campaign funds aren't transferable except to Kamala(fingers crossed). That's over 400 million that otherwise goes poof and that does matter a lot.
Really their only hope is that he dies. That's obviously possible. Even then, they have to deal with Kamala and funding.
Also, if they kick her aside for anyone other than Michelle(who by many accounts won't run period), plan on Trump getting historic numbers of the black vote.

I'm old enough to remember when a former president was put on trial- partially because he (or a proxy) was accused own buying a story and then burying it since it might be bad for his election chances. What's different from how CNN and others who hid this information from US voters?
