My first thought was '23, but with the speed pass rush from the '90 team, I'm not sure Grubb would do the shotgun short passes a la UCLA, and would get in trouble taking too many risks. My pick is '90 DWAGS
My initial thought was 2023 easily but 90 only lost to the eventual national champion in a heartbreaker (2023 lost by too much) and lost to an average team (UW could have 3 times) and 90 was dominant in a way in the rest of their games 2023 wasn't.
23 clears though because of their upper class NFL talent (90 only had two guys go in the 5th round of the 91 draft) and accomplishments - Beating Oregon twice, beating #3 Texas in the Sugar Bowl.

Thanks Taft!
Most points Iowa has scored in the history of their program?
Nope, 1995 Sun Bowl victory over UW, 38-18.
Who is better historically? 2023 UW or 1990 UW?
I’d go ‘23 based on results
2023 and it isn't close.

Imagine giving up 34 to Iowa!
Also: Imagine scoring 46 on Iowa!
Halftime score was 33-7.
