Here are more facts and reality for the rats on here to ignore.
I have had the pleasure to meet Mary Maitland and James Carville. Nothing too personal as the table we were eating dinner at held 16 but close enough to have a conversation or two. She is a doll. He is consumed by his politics and can't turn it off in public. I did get to see him talking to his side of the table about things other than politics and in fairness he seemed normal and attentive minus the politics.
He has now lost his mind. He is publicly saying what we have known all along and that is the fact that the MSM slants the news to help democrats.
The new executive editor at the NYT is trying to save his paper. He knows what is happening to WAPO is not something he wants to have happen at the NYT and the fact he is not blindly playing along with slanted news coverage for democrats is driving people like Carville crazy. They are now saying things out loud and don't care who hears it which 30 years ago would never have happened.
I don't believe this is happening in a big way or that it will ever happen in my lifetime, but if more media outlets would take the same tact, the democrats wouldn't stand a chance.
Rats cheat and lie. It's what they do, who they are.
Democratic strategist James Carville demanded more "slanted" media coverage of Donald Trump during his podcast on Thursday and called out the executive editor of The New York Times for saying the paper intended to "cover the full range of issues" in the presidential campaign, not just those favorable to one side.
"Now you have Joe Kahn, the new editor or publisher, whatever he is at The New York Times, saying, ‘We’re just got to cover this down the middle. We’re going to cover what it is.’ I don’t think that’s the role of the news media at a time when the entire Constitution is in peril," Carville said during his "Politics War Room" podcast, which was first reported by The Daily Caller.
"I don’t have anything against slanted coverage. I really don’t, I would have something against it at most other times in American history, but not right now. F--- your objectivity. The real objectivity in this country right now is we’re either going to have a Constitution or we’re not," Carville said.
Kahn pushed back on the idea the media needed to "abandon its central role as a source of impartial information" because Trump is considered a threat to democracy during an interview with Semafor in May. He said it wasn't the job of the Times to become "an instrument of the Biden campaign."

I never got Carville and Maitland. Listening to your spouse lie to you about the most fundamental policies that made America great for any period of time would have been a deal killer for me. Like no second date killer. Once upon a time Carville got bubba to sign welfare reform. Now, complete silence on the border just haranguing the MSM to continue to not cover it.
