Uh, are the Germans or Japanese trying to kill our soldiers and evict them from their country? Under our rules of engagement, our big force in Afghanistan and hundreds of billions of dollars was involved in the stupidity of trying to change their culture who hates the west. What is a small force expected to accomplish besides being a target?
