one thing I would say is that I think most customer service depts should just go to 4 days or like 5 hours a day or something. They clearly don’t have the people to man any of this shit and keeping stuff open with no people is the worst
Work from home thing has burned out support people and managers more than anyone, I think.
For a lot of companies it's never going away though. Talent pool is just too big/accessible to give it up.
