Hiring was revised down in both October and November. For all of 2023, employers added 2.7 million jobs, or an average monthly gain of 225,000 jobs.
I'm hearing the job market is stronger than ever.

This whole bullshit of using seasonally adjusted data is the whole scam. Just report what the current rate is and always show it against the same month in the previous year. That's all you need to do to seasonally adjust.
