Title IX is one of those things that sounds good to the masses but when you dig into it is rather dubious. Its really a morally horrible process as it takes money from mostly Poor Minorities who are putting there life and health on the line that generates the revenue. Then gives that money to the sailing team that is full of rich kids. Please no person antidotes as im speaking in generalities and know that the above is not true in every case.

Title 9 worked to give women an opportunity to play sports. It always needed something to acknowledge who paid for it but no such luck
