  Grubb is a great public speaker. I always enjoyed his analysis and breakdown of the previous game in the Monday press conferences. If his offense clicks the next two years he’ll be an NFL HC before DeBoer. Maybe Kalen can be his OC.

  Isn't deboer making around or over 10 million a year? Average nfl HC makes 7 or something like that.

  Considering any nfl team would have to buy his massive contract out, it's a fairly safe bet that grubb is on a much more streamlined path, deboer doesn't sign with Alabama if the endgame was nfl.
