  Weird to miss Cary Conklin in SB 26 on the Redskins. Unless this was players active for the game? He was the third string QB but listed on the roster.

  Looks like Conklin was on IR by the end of the year. So yeah he probably shouldn't count, but his wiki lists him as a superb owl champ. Rookie Keenan McCardell was also on IR that year for the Skins and got a SB ring.

  I looked up harald hasselbach out of curiosity with the last name

  Not what I was expecting lol

  Wasn't expecting a black Dutch dude lol.

  He got 4 snaps at uw, one of them tackling Emmitt Smith

  He eventually got to really play at husky stadium...... in the opposing locker room when the seahawks were playing there.

  What a weird journey from not getting a whiff of playing time in college, to starting 29 games (including a superbowl win) and playing 131 during the broncos hayday

  Easy to mix up the year when looking up super bowl in the spur of the moment... for example, upcoming super bowl is obviously taking place in 2024, but it's the 2023 season super bowl

  Millen got a ring with the Cowboys one year. He talks about not wanting to ever wear it because he never suited for the game. They cut him mid year when they traded or signed for Bernie Kosar. You get a ring if you were part of the team at any point of the year I’m pretty sure.

  I think it was Petersons rule of flirting with other programs. He wanted to take the visit to Missouri while he was committed and they told him if he went then he better go there because they wouldn’t want him back
