So if Florida fires Napier towards the end of the 2025 season, they would owe Napier $19,380,000, UW $10,000,000 (Fisch's buyout after the 2025 season concludes), and then also have to give Fisch a raise over his $7.95 million contract to entice him. To me, an NFL team is much more likely to make a run for him after the 2025 or 2026 season (his buyout drops to $6 million after 3 seasons). -
He’d have to be REALLY good in that short of a span to get serious attention from the NFL. Just looks the candidates being interviewed around the league. They’re all hot-shit coordinators — most of them on the younger side too.HFNY said:
