A former Husky and a former Seahawk are both saying Pete Carroll is coming to Washington

A lot more than he would here, but he’d also make a lot more here than he is currently making and he probably doesn’t care that much about money at this point.Postal91 said:How much was Pete making at the Seahawks?

I don't think he's too old -- in ten years he'd still be young enough to run for president, a much more demanding job, but not much more, given trends -- the question is if he wanted to do it, if he were motivated enough.

Fuck it, he's a big name let's roll. The recruits will love him and he's got the network to make it happen

I don't think PC is the type of guy, especially at 72 years old to get into something he couldn't win at the highest level. If* he comes to UW, there is no doubt in my mind that he thinks he can win a Natty here and then retire happily. He isn't the guy long term, but at this point, I don't fucking care anymore. Bring in a f'ing scorned mercenary coach and let's get back in the game and kick Sark and DeDoors ass

Has the keys to the city already. He's an entrenched King in Seattle (and SoCal). I'm with you. Let's do it.Postal91 said:Fuck it, he's a big name let's roll. The recruits will love him and he's got the network to make it happen

Since college football doesn’t have rules anymore I’m assuming he will portal in at least half the Seahawks practice squad.

I told you guys this place would charge back up.

I’d rather have Mike Riley.

Yep, probably doesn't even have to move and proved himself in college before getting banned if I remember correctly. Monster name and we know what to expect in terms of timing and will likely have NFL caliber coaching at coordinator that could probably take over.CallMeBigErn said:

My bet is Pete or Liepold (sp?)
