I don’t know specifics about Grubb, I do know that Shep just wants to stay for sure. They love it here.

Why the fuck would we want them to stay? If Grubb isn't the guy, and I hope to god he's not, then of course they should leave. We're not going to force a group of assistants on the new coach, whoever that ends up being.

Shepherd is obviously a good WR coach, and he’s about the only guy on this staff that actually recruited worth a shit

I'm coming around to giving Grubb another million to HC and then going and paying 2 mill for the best DC in the nation. Keep Shepard as OC

There is a certain logic to this. In the absence of better options might be stuck with this.

Shep has charisma and could probably recruit, and retain.

Keep Mack, keep the offense and verbiage.

They would have to go on an extended Fuck Kalen tour and hand over their cell phones and passwords for a forensic, states evidence examination, however.

The best DC in the nation isn't going to hitch their wagon to an unproven HC starting a massive rebuild.
