Part of your day to day job was hiding evidence? They say admitting it is the first step.trublue said:

Funny you mentioned the Bar Exam, Detective. If ever there was a time that this super important label that every (corrupt) cop knows should have come up it would have been in the Bar Review course.trublue said:HH:
Just because you were able to pass the WA Bar exam on your second attempt and you’re a “practicing” attorney doesn’t mean you know much about the law, specifically criminal law. That was well established as far back as eDuck days.
You continue pretending you have some kind of superior intellect. No one is fooled. Sled spells out the truth of the matter and your response is to call him a “mall cop”.
Specifically, what kind of law do you practice and who do you represent?
Take the L and run along, Hack.
Of course the term is actually little used in most states, if it is used at all. Screaming that everyone knows the label it is a pathetic game played for rubes like yourself by your right wing influencers.
I’m sure you’re also not aware that turning over the disciplinary files of every special agent testifying in a case is also routine. Any investigations where their truthfulness is questioned removes them from testifying, i.e., prosecutor will not use them.
Take a refresher course on criminal law, rules and procedures.
BTW: Remember when you were so certain every FBI agent had a law degree?
Who is the rube, you hack? -
Good thing someone who is a judge does't need to know anything about criminal law.trublue said:

Funny when you'd bust two dudes having sex in public and one of them would say "I'm an attorney" but when asked for their bar card they'd refuse. Strange. So were you the pitcher or the catcher when I busted you Dazzler?HHusky said:

You could do better . . . You already have the Fuck Off record (31K) that will never be broken. Why do you even bother?
Admitting you’re an asshole and rarely funny is the first step.
How can you be wrong on virtually every (criminal) legal topic and shamelessly run your mouth?
Hands Up, Don’t Shoot MFer! -

It isn't, of course. A majority of Daddy's nominees are thankful Kennedy didn't ask them about it.

Guess you didn't know either

If he didn't know exculpatory evidence has to be shared with the defense, that would be surprising. That he didn't know the defense tool for challenging the prosecution's adherence to that principle is called a "Brady motion", is not that surprising. Most lawyers don't practice criminal law. He's never presided over a criminal case. -
Yeah he hasn’t memorized all US law. Unlike the rest of the judiciary.Kaepsknee said:

Nominees for judicial positions should be able answer tougher legal questions than "how many people are on a jury?", Dazzler.HHusky said:

Though - how many people are on a jury, Dazzler?

The new standard for federal judges is that they know as much as tug posters
This guy failed that too
Bob C and Sled knew it
H didn't
