    I'm old enough to remember when Peterson was great, before he wasn't. Then Jimmy took over and we all saw how horrible Peterson really was. Now we see DeB winning with Peterson's guys and his QB. I'm just waiting for the day when DeB is no longer a great coach because he's coaching a roster full of his own less talented guys.

    Deboer looks like the real deal.

    Lanning looks like a promising young coach who could be very good to elite or he could be Sark to Lane.

    WTF knows. Deboer had the better season. Lanning gave him that distinction by shitting the bed in the 4th q at home.

    Win that game and avoid the Nix injury and Oregon blows OSU out the following week and we are having a different conversation. That said it doesn’t matter. Uw won and Oregon lost.

    We’ll be able to really tell what we have at the end of next year, after each coach has to bring in a new QB and the entirety of their rosters/staff will be their recruits.

    But I have no problem saying KD is a good coach. Best you guys have had since Rick probably.

    As much as you hated Peterson, the guy got results with his coaching style. He’s the only uw coached that Oregon fans feared since James.

    His only loss was to Oregon.
