Ferris is by far the most legit D2 program in the country. Coach Annese is about WINNING and that is IT. They look guys who are D1 capable but might not have a full ride from an FCS or can’t get into an FBS. They do a full “Navy-Seal Hell Week” in the summer where they let former drill sergeants wake them up at 4AM on Lake Michigan doing telephone pole exercises, old school shit.
The majority of the team has played at D1s or Jucos before ferris, it’s all about WINNING.
Multiple arrests? Don’t care.
Arrests are on national news? Don’t care.
Caught smoking weed on campus? Don’t care.
Using steroids? Don’t care. Here’s a car btw.

With that being said; The OL talent in the GLIAC is pretty bad. Usually 1 or 2 teams has a MAC Transfer at LT, guys are usually around 6’3-6’6 260-290. Very rare to find a lot of OL over 300 (except for Ferris States OL)
I think he would be a solid addition to the room, especially in the passing game, but he’s gonna need time to adjust to the bigger/faster OTs that he will face.

Hiring Tony Elliot from Clemson was almost Jon Donovan level stupid. He cratered Clemsons offense after Jeff Scott left for South Florida. Clemson fans wanted him fired before he failed upward and got the Virginia job.DawgDaze71 said:

Thanks @theknowledge and RoadDawg55. Looks like He and OC Des Kitchings shit the bed. Crazy shit that Brennan threw for 4449 yards last year and missed the Notre Dame game. Stanford has some decent players hitting the portal and I would expect more. Assume these guys are academically prowesed so they might be interested in UW.
DE Stephon Herron - Had an all-conference level season on a shit team.
LB Levani Damuni - Has had a decent career, but also could just be another Cam Bright.
S Jonathan MCGill - Similar to Damuni. -

I’m hoping Eddy fully comes back to form next year, Bruener takes another step as a junior and that AT, now over a year removed from the Achilles tear, takes another leap forward. If UW can bring in a legit P5 starter to play along EO, have Bruener and AT as quality depth would be a pretty great group. Maybe Demario King will flash. Not sure what his injury was this year. Next season is setup nicely for ZTF to be "the" guy again. A year and a half removed from Achilles injury should get him back to his former glory. I have a sneaking suspicion that Trice might declare. I was confident our guys would get after it this year. I haven't seen enough flash from younger players to let me know they'll pick up the slack. I think our secondary will be vastly improved next season along with Linebackers, they'll have to be because expecting 35 sacks is going to be a bit too much.

I would assume they are good enough. He’s around 265-270 and doesn’t seem slow. I really hope he returns because he will likely be dominant. He’s gotten a lot better every year.AtomicDawg said:

It's tough but I'm generally in the mindset of wanting UW guys to just go to the league once it's the best choice for them. Hard part though is unless you're one of the four schools that have all the talent you kind of need guys who don't need to come back return for another year.
