4/6 are from small schools. Not saying you can’t get hood players from there so don’t twist but Missouri Western isn’t exactly TE U.

Most of those guys would be nice depth, but I’d doog a bit for Caleb Murphy, he broke the NCAA single season sack record this year with 24.5 and has two years of eligibility left. Two other names are
Keaton Mitchell, RB, ECU (1325 yds & 13 TDs this season)
Quinyon Mitchell, CB, Toledo (3 yrs of eligibility left)

I played in the same conference as Ferris State after playing some junior college football. Fun fact, he broke Matt Judons record at GVSU, again, all in the same conference.

Ferris is by far the most legit D2 program in the country. Coach Annese is about WINNING and that is IT. They look guys who are D1 capable but might not have a full ride from an FCS or can’t get into an FBS. They do a full “Navy-Seal Hell Week” in the summer where they let former drill sergeants wake them up at 4AM on Lake Michigan doing telephone pole exercises, old school shit.

The majority of the team has played at D1s or Jucos before ferris, it’s all about WINNING.

Multiple arrests? Don’t care.
Arrests are on national news? Don’t care.
Caught smoking weed on campus? Don’t care.
Using steroids? Don’t care. Here’s a car btw.

With that being said; The OL talent in the GLIAC is pretty bad. Usually 1 or 2 teams has a MAC Transfer at LT, guys are usually around 6’3-6’6 260-290. Very rare to find a lot of OL over 300 (except for Ferris States OL)

I think he would be a solid addition to the room, especially in the passing game, but he’s gonna need time to adjust to the bigger/faster OTs that he will face.

Jesus ...WTF did the new coach do? No wonder Big Papa got the F out of there. Dontayvion Wicks had 1203 yards in 2021 and then drops to 480 this year. I expect there will be a lot of players portaling out of that mess.

Tony Ellliot was a horrible hire. Clemson had a terrible offense with him as OC.
