Sours used to be so terrible because they were actually sour. Now, they've brought science and repetition to wild yeast, and they're amazing.
It's funny, because they're at the complete opposite end of the spectrum, but I only drink big stouts and sours.
I think what @haie was alluding to was a smoothie sour, which is kind of the new hawtness in the non-IPA world. Great Notion in Ballard makes some amazing smoothie beers. -

I have to think about this one. My last donation lasted only 10 months. That seems like a consumer protection act violation. I might have to go for the treble damages. Unfortunately, $129 x 3 x 0 is 0. But attorneys’ fees are recoverable. Giddy Up!
