I'm not ignoring the current landscape, I'm bringing up that unlike the NFL, you're going to pay players and then just expect them to buy in. They won't. In the NFL you just get cut, and players understand that.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think NIL will be as big of deal in 3-5 years.
Big time QB’s like Caleb Williams will get paid. A lot of them were before, it was just under the table.
Nobody will want to pay to be a mid tier team in their conference and that’s what likely will happen with A&M and Tennessee. -
