Not worried about the personality, I’m not going to pretend at all that I know anything about him. I did a deep dive into his coaching background an I think in two years he’s gone and Morrell takes over fully. I’m with you on Morrell being the scheme guy and likely up in the boothRoadDawg55 said:

Morell is getting paid the same as Inge and is the Co-DC. I’ve been thinking the whole time he’s the scheme guy. He came up with DeBoer. -

I guess Inge answered the question of calling the defense in his interview. Inge controls the front 6-7 and Morrell the back 4-5. Morrell will call the defense. I knew he was the real DC once it was revealed they were getting paid the same.

Iirc Morrell was a head coach at a smaller school for awhile.
