    Anyway, the point remains, those "conservative" districts have shitty white proficiency numbers. Sure cuts down on that "achievement gap" though.
    I'll bet the shitty "conservative" districts don't have white proficency numbers anywhere near as bad as the black proficiency numbers in San Francisco, Oakland, or Chicago. In fact, I'll bet the numbers for white students for any state in the country aren't as bad as they are for blacks in California.

    What are these great black proficiency numbers in Seattle that you're bragging about?

    And Seattle's numbers aren't great at all. They're just better, and in some cases WAY better, than the black proficiency scores in most of those "conservative" districts. But Seattle's white proficiency scores are higher than in those "conservative" districts too. Achievement Gap!!!
    And of course you provide none of these numbers and run like a scalded dog from the bet that was put to you.

    How many of them? Give me the number.

    Then give me the number for all the shitty Rat run urban schools anywhere in the country that out perform the averages in Utah or Iowa.
