I am pretty clueless when it comes to Steinaur but why was he being so hyped up with only 1 year of CFB DC under his belt? Was that Fresno State defense a top 10 or something?
In his one year at Fresno their defense went from 100th to a top 15 unit with all the same guys from the year before. It’s a shame he values work-life balance, dude can really coach ball

That won’t matter if he is coached on a line that consistently sucks as a unit.
OL coaches probably look better when the OC has a clue and the players believe in what is going on.

If the offense is good and players are bought in, the position coaches are not that important. Except for recruiting. IMVHO.
Being out of shape and ngaf is a direct relationship to the staff regardless of the scheme. Huff was part of the problem and has been under multiple staffs now. Seen enough.
