OL coaches probably look better when the OC has a clue and the players believe in what is going on.
From Petersen through Lake the offense has been a shitshow with players sleep walking through their assignments.
If the offense is good and players are bought in, the position coaches are not that important. Except for recruiting. IMVHO. -

The sad thing is UW doesn’t really go cheap on these hires. They’ll just triple whatever they were paid at Fresno and call it a day.
