Wilcox's ceiling is as a good solid DC at a decent program or as a forgettable HC at a middling program.
He isn't going to take any program to the playoffs or "next level". -

GA is an alpha dog and would bring back the Death Row D. He already proved his worth at Cal and is now DB coach for the Miami Dolphins. Seems like a familiar track, no?
