Coaches should start coaching from the tower or wear bubble suits and have an intermediary where the coach tells some num nuts to relay their message to the players. Or have players wear ear buds and the coaches talk to them in a secluded room. -

You all somehow missed this nugget:
Student-athlete exit interviews obtained via a public-records request reveal that of the 17 football players who departed UW following the 2019 season, just four — 24% — said they’d encourage other student-athletes to attend the university. A year before, 10 of 12 departing players (83%) said they’d encourage other athletes to attend UW.
The culture is dead. Such a smart move to keep Jimmy to keep it going.
