Low ceiling - he's put a decent amount on tape and if he was an elite coach he would have already popped and he hasn't
His offenses were always Donovan-level bad. Like always.

Don James coached his assistants. He stood up there in the tower and observed practice. Discipline and respect from both assistants and coaches. This drinking buddy frat party that these well paid coaches spend their time doing is a disservice to what they are hired to do. Sark and his coaches drank heavily while at the UW putting the bill straight to the UW athletic department. The athletic department (Jen Cohen & team) never questioned it even while it was being done on return flights with the team on board watching it. Mike Lude would have been kicking some serious ass. I miss the old days and what this used to be about.
