Before it starts not all brown cultures are the same when someone quickly brings up how diverse our team is with the Poly culture. There are a lot of people out there who don't care about racial equality and saying shit like that disincentivizes hiring minority coaches because then you have to deal with this nonsense when the individual underperforms.
