Did you give up your season tickets in the past few years

I'd love to get a sense of how many RABID Dawg fans here dropped their season tickets after the 2019 or 2020 season. If you still have them, are you thinking about dropping them?
If you are have dropped them or are thinking about dropping them, what would it take for you to keep or get them again? Would like to hear from @Lawrence_of_a_Labia first if possible.

My last full year was the season played in the clink. I had a 4 game package during Petersen’s first season.

By 07 she sometimes forgot there was a game.
Kind of used that. Never actually told her and by 08 she didn't ask -

Been in the family 40+ years. Browning takes team to Rose Bowl and they stick us in section 8. Corner. We aren’t the Nordstrom family…..but after 40 goddamn years we shouldn’t be in the far goddamn corner (still might be mad about that)
Dumped the season tickets and now get better seats for way cheaper. -
Dad (#1) had 2 tickets when I was a little kid, end of Owens era. They chartered a bus out of the Auburn Elks and about 40 people all went together. I started using the second ticket exclusively in probably 79 or 80 when I was 11 or 12. (Never had to worry about a serious about football Oregon State back then.) Haven't missed a home game since. (I know, I hate money and myself). When he got older and didn't feel like going to every game anymore I took them and put them in my name and took him to a few games a year. When he died I dumped some of his ashes under the Owens statue and the James statue. Probably illegal. Fuck off.
Over the years I picked up extra tickets and sold them to my buddies. I currently have 8 tickets. We still charter a bus, mostly newer people but still a few from the old days. I am in charge of the bus. It's a pain in the ass.
This is the first year I am seriously considering not renewing. Not sure how hard my buddies will want to keep going. And if I bail the bus probably dies since we have trouble filling it up anymore. If Jimmy and Jen are still in charge I'm thinking the decision will be pretty easy.
Lots to consider, but I'm pretty depressed about this shit. -

I won't be renewing for 2022.
If I stayed in Seattle I would have probably kept them because the Lil Pisses like going to the games and are too young to know how hopeless it all is. -
Still have mine but next year’s shit stain of a schedule is not motivating me at all … Jimmy/Jen both returning almost assuredly will have me drop my ticket count by 50% at least
I had Tyee tickets for the Stewart year under Hop and was grateful to watch him play and hated everything else with how shitty we were … gave those up with really nothing coming from the AD … apparently somebody in ticket sales is trying to set up a meeting to see if I’d be interested in new tickets … talk about being dialed in -
Too far away now but just cherry picking the games you want to go to makes way more sense on a single game basis.

The only time I ever had them was 2002 and the cunt took them away because I wasn't a student anymore. No refund.

Got rid of mine after 2019. Too much of a shit show bringing my 3 kids. Had been thinking about it for a few years though and now I’m very happy I’m not paying to see them play. Would love to renew once they are fun to watch though. Fingers crossed

Had season tickets for close to 20yrs, gave them up in '05. Live too far away now, but would probably go in with some buddies and share tickets if the product was worth a shit....

Had them for a few years after I graduated. So that would be Sark years after enduring Willingham. Stopped going to the games when it felt like I cared more about the team then the team itself or the AD. It became more of a chore to go to the game and drop all this money when I could just stay home and get shitfaced watching them lose. But I've graduated to getting shitfaced and not watching them at all this season. As Race said, it's better for my mental health.
Then you have typical UW fuckup stuff like game day presentation, tradition, etc. The Greatest Setting is sofa king lame it's laughable. It's what a loser program does when they can't win, so of course we do it. How about you put a championship team in the greatest setting and do your best to keep it there?
I found that it was pretty fun to go to away games. BYU, Cal, Illinois, Stanford. I'd love to go to a big time away game like MICHIGAN if the team was ready. They only won the Illinois game, so actually maybe it wasn't so fun.
As I've gotten older my ties to the program get weaker and weaker. None of my friends give a shit, it's an NFL world. It's really just held together by the commiseration, rabidness, and fervor of people here. God hates Washington football, nobody ever went broke better against Washington football, etc.
Imagine having standards for UW football and being made to feel like the enemy. -

I gave up mine in 2012. I was having a kid and and was cutting some costs in life because I bought my house in 2008 and my mortgage was crazy big. Affordable enough when my wife and I were working full time but tight when she only worked a couple days a week. In 2013 my friends bought an extra ticket and more often than not I was gifted that ticket. I saw the whole 2013 season and went to 3-5 games a year until 2019. Now they offer and I say no. Not sure I'll ever go back. The games are late which means my buzzed hour drive north is at 11 or 12 on Saturday nights. Risky to be sure. To get Saturday off at the grocery store I'm forced to work Sundays and bagging groceries AND being hung over is shit. The product is shit, the atmosphere is shit and I find I have more fun watching the home games at home or the away games with those same guys who gave me the tickets at their homes. A drastic philosophical sea change in the AD would need to take place for me to think of ponying up again. It's not that they don't spend money, It's that they spend time and money on things that don't really move the needle or on support staff that seem under qualified for the jobs they are being asked to do. I'm just over it all.
