Does Dick look good in practice because no one wants to stand in front of him????

Just saying what the fuck does practice have to do with accessing actually play making ability? No one wants to tackle him in practice, they rarely go live and who is that fucking stupid? Of course he looks like the second coming of Corey Dillon in practice. No one wants to get hurt. McGrew should be the starter until the defense wears down. Then you hit them with the bowling ball straight ahead. McGrew actually scares the defense because he can take it to the house each time he touches it.

I like how you think about this. They both need to play.

players who choked out their own position coaches have been treated better than Mcgrew.

If only Peters had finished the job we wouldn't be in this predicament.

Imagine being on the sidelines after you were the leading rusher last year watching Newton go for 1.9 yards and not even getting a fucking CARRY after 6 years in this god forsaken program.

I dont want to see another RB besides McGrew touch the rock. He always gets yards.
Newton is a below average P5 RB. The fact that this staff has tried to build the whole offense around him is morbidly funny. Newton makes McGrew look like Christian McCaffrey, when in actuality McGrew is an average to above average back.

In a spread passing offense, like UW is now running, McGrew should fit quite well.

It's clear this staff plays favorites however, along with being clueless.
Agreed. Which is hilarious considering how often Jimmy repeated his stupid line about being an equal opportunity employer

This staff is a big f'ing joke. Newton is painful to watch. And we all know they would have ruined Haener had he stuck around. This team will toil all year for nothing.
If Jimmy likes big backs then put in Pleasant. Newtty ain't it. Clear as day.

    Newton and Davis are JAG’s.
Jury is still out on Davis, but yeah, he's shown absolutely nothing impressive.

Imagine one of the current RBs running like Polk... speed, vision, power, balance, fight...

would be nice if they could just do one of those things correctly

While I agree with the sentiment of this thread, Polk played in an offense that at least opened lanes. So far this offense has only done so against Arkansas State and McGrew was the one who benefited.

I agree Newton sucks on about 3/4 of his carries. Davis hasnt even made it out of the backfield yet. But...there wasn't jack shit opening up in either of those games. Polk would not have run for any yardage in either game.

Davis made it out of the backfield...and lost a fumble
