players who choked out their own position coaches have been treated better than Mcgrew.

Imagine being on the sidelines after you were the leading rusher last year watching Newton go for 1.9 yards and not even getting a fucking CARRY after 6 years in this god forsaken program.

I dont want to see another RB besides McGrew touch the rock. He always gets yards.
Newton is a below average P5 RB. The fact that this staff has tried to build the whole offense around him is morbidly funny. Newton makes McGrew look like Christian McCaffrey, when in actuality McGrew is an average to above average back.

In a spread passing offense, like UW is now running, McGrew should fit quite well.

It's clear this staff plays favorites however, along with being clueless.
The coaches organization is terrible. At safety this year, Irvin and Kam Fab started week one. Now Cook and Cam Williams start. Hampton has also got time along with Turner. That’s 5 guys (everyone but Hampton) that have started at safety the last two years.

Competition is great, but what these idiots are doing be jerking these guys around so much is we now have five safeties looking over their shoulder and probably generally unhappy and bitter. I don’t know if that’s true, but is that not logical? When you have five safeties you have none. It’s not completion, it’s musical chairs. At least at RB there is a simple fix. Put the best RB, which is McGrew in the fucking backfield.
I'm way more frustrated with the way they use the safeties than I am how they rotate them.
Wait, did I miss when they started using the safeties?
You have to watch the all-22 replay to actually see them in frame
