    Mark Ryan makes some nice wines. Not sure they are cabs that drink like merlot nice, but I would consider them upper crust for WA State.

    I like a nice Mark Ryan blend with a Charcuterie Board with gherkin pickles, hard salami, champagne grapes, aged Gouda and gorgonzola cheeses.
