@CFetters_Nacho_Lover The correct answer is 490 for an exact "Thanks Taft!" with exclamation point included. Since this website was built using a drunken sorority girl's version of blogspot, it was not easy, but since i was pooping and Chrome mobile is better than safari, it made pretty quick work.

Stop the presses! Did the entire comment need to be just "Thanks Taft!" with nothing else attached? Sometimes you get a little squirrley with things such as:

I think 3 poasters took a shot at this. I'll be gone all weekend but will tally up how many tims I thanked Taft! (all thanks to Taft count, not just the standard Thanks Taft!) and whoever is closest wins. Announcing this contest was definitely not well thought out on my part as I just spent 30 minutes figuring out how many times I've thank Taft from January 1, 2021 through August 4, 2021.
3 esteemed poasters took a shot at this yuuuge prize of $81 towards a Wam subscription to be used for themselves or to be gifted to another poaster.
@UW_Doog_Bot came up with 469 thanks given to Taft. He was close.
@LB_33 who has slightly more poasts than thanks given to Taft but only if you count January came up with 490 thanks given to Taft.
@Neighbor2972 somehow came up with 768 Taft thanksgivings but he's way fucking off by my stupid count.
The winner and recipient of $81 whole U.S. dollars is @LB_33. By my fat nacho cheese sticky finger count I gave thanks to Taft 537 times during the time period.
