I wasn't the one who voted for high gasoline prices. That would have been your high character vote for a dementia patient controlled by the green gaia religionists.

but he's the smartest guy in the room!

I understand the left’s dream of everybody going electric. Problem being, once we do this, isn’t it going to just drive up electric prices? Let’s also not forget about the current log jam the electric vehicles companies are having right now due to the current battery cell shortage. So they want to jack up gas prices when people have no way of adjusting to it? I say go for it. Sounds like a great plan to get killed in mid terms and in 2024.

But most liberals can’t think past their bleeding hearts anyway, so it’s no surprise they are clueless about it. Liberals are the most education but least intelligent people in society.

It will drive up the cost of everything. The cost of energy is a huge driver of the cost of almost everything. The toss in that there isn't enough available lithium, cobalt and rare earths to make this happen. There is a reason the cost of electricity is twice as expensive in Cali as it is Texas.

But Biden is the president that looks out for the poor and middle class. Trump only cared about his rich buddies. Nothing says helping the poor like policies that cripple the production of cheap and abundant sources of energy.

    But muh climate!,

BidenBros love to pay more for gas! He'll be out of office soon and we'll be back to drilling our way to energy independence.

Google what the mining of Lithium does to the environment and to water supplies for poor people all over the planet.

Then google where and how the fuck we can store all that spent Lithium and the damage that does to the environment after we first raped poor communities and ruined their fresh water supplies.

Oh, hey, We're back! Where can I dump these trainloads of spent metals? Green? My fucking ass.

500,000 gallons of water to produce one metric ton of lithium.

The answer is to drive less, telecommute more, and continue to improve engine and exhaust designs, regardless of what form of energy pushes the motorized whatever down the fucking road.

Why is everyone so afraid of gas combustion engineers who have increased yields ten-fold since the 1970s?

Or we can flip the script so only brown and black people are allowed to drive, while whitey can suck it, which is the essence of the GND.

You’d like to hope it’s just wishful thinking and he’s not so disconnected from reality that he thinks Trump will be president again.

Certainly the furthest right of the right on the board.

To be fair, you thought the same thing in 2016 about Trump being president even once.

Yes. It's safe, clean and quick. Just don't look anyone in the eyes, and chain your phone or tablet to your belt.

Exactly. You think De Blasio takes the subway? He has a car and a driver. Zuckerberg taking BART? These elites with a carbon footprint of the size of West Linn are taking private jets, multiple huge mansions, armed guards and then lecturing the little people on how they have to live. When out of school and poor in 1979 I used to take a Tri-Met bus on a direct shot from the burbs to downtown. Clean, safe and really convenient. Then they built the light rail Max and now the bus takes you to the Max station and adds another 15 minutes to the commute. And now it isn't safe, especially after dark and especially if you are a woman. After two years I had significant client responsibilities which meant a car.
