I'm saying that having two strokes is almost certainly evidence that there was an underlying issue that might have killed him in the near future regardless. I don't think it's likely that the strokes just coincidentally occurred within 6 hours of the riots. But I don't want to even attempt to criminalize causing fatal strokes because reasonable doubt is necessarily going to be present.

    Feeeeeeeelings, nothing more than feelings.

Btw, this is the same dumbfuck who "thought" initially that Mike Brown was shot in the back while running away and who later claimed that it was "credible" when people claimed Brown was shot point blank in the head, with his arms in the air.

If there was no evidence he was assaulted, much less battered, then even the next day it's a little hard to connect. I'd agree. Sure, if he were one of my own, I'd wonder if his "bad day at work" was a contributing factor; but he's a cop, I guess, and cops have bad days at work of this sort. Comes with the territory.

I'm a little confused by the thread. Not rhetorically ... actually confused.

So is the issue with the Trump Bros that the narrative was that the guy died from blows to the head and that was a lie? That's one question, and a fair one.

And is @HHusky making the point that the beating or whatever happened to the guy is likely linked to the strokes?

Is there a dispute about whether anything at all happened to him during the siege? Yeah I can look it up but I spend my free time here, so fuck off in advance.

If nothing physically happened to him, I'd say the link between the siege and a stroke weeks later, while interesting, is attenuated. If he got the ever loving shit beat out of him, w/ or w/o an extinguisher or whatever the fuck it supposedly was, then yeah, that seems like a connection. I'm not a doc, but if you beat the shit out of someone past a given age and they die of a stroke a few weeks later, if it's one of mine I have questions at least.

Or again, is the issue that none of that matters and that the media jumped the gun?

There's no evidence that he was assaulted period. He died the next day of stroke not weeks later. Dazzler is a fucking liar. Never believe anything the Dazzler says, you'll be much better off.
He died the next day. You're right, but you don't comprehend.

He stroked within a few hours of the insurrection and the evidence is clear that he was assaulted.

Pre-existing conditions. No doubt the riot was stressful but there is zero evidence to support the lie Dazzler first pushed about him having his head beat in, and there's no evidence to support Dazzler's later lie that bear spray killed him and no evidence to support that he was ever assaulted.

Pretty much the hat trick of lies for the Dazzler.

Madam, attacking someone with chemical irritants is an assault. You need to educate yourself with some basics.

Shocking, the Kunt dodges the question.
