Everyone quit his team. Even the lawyers know it's not a winning situation.
Or. They wish to not participate in this farce that has no winners.

    Except Facebook wine wife anyway.
Well, my post goes both ways. I purposely kept it vague and people take it the way they want it.

But the real truthful part that people overlook is that trump has a history of shafting what he owes.

Recently he verbalized threats to not pay guilani ... why would any lawyer take an honest account of what's happening and say to themselves "yeah this is worth the risk ..."

You’d think an attorney would think of asking for a retainer
I'm sure they did, and that's why the issue has to be their disagreement about what would be presented.

I don't know how the new lawyers propose to do the dance between a crazy client's whims and their ethical obligations.
So the accused has no voice in his defense? I expected that from you.
Are you actually this ignorant about what a lawyer can present to a court?

Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are likely to face sanctions.

Rudy was always more careful about what he said to any court. Not so much what he said to the press, of course, which is why he's being sued.
A political Show Trial presided over by a Democrat Senator is a kangaroo court and should be treated as a farce.
So the defense at their disciplinary hearing is that a trial before the Senate in their role as lawyers didn't require them to behave ethically.

    Good luck with that.
Even John Roberts knows this is a complete farce.
I missed his statement to that effect. Link?
He isn’t presiding over the trial because Trump isn’t president, so Constitutionally Roberts is off the hook, he refused to be a part of this sham, and instead we get Partick Leahy, partisan politician and Trump hater, running the cartoon.

Have fun with your joke of a “trial.” It’s red meat for idiots to distract from the damage Biden is already doing to the US and our allies.

It's an opportunity for differentiation being presented to those Republicans whose first loyalty is to the Constitution. There aren't enough of those to result in a conviction, of course. That almost goes without saying.

Again, this is a political farce. Even the Chief Justice knows it.

Every fact that’s come out since this rushed impeached shows people were in the Capitol as Trump was speaking, and there was coordination prior to January 6th.

It’s a dumb political stunt and the only result will be more divisiveness.

This is Biden’s America. Political prosecutions and signing EOs so fast that Castro would blush.

You're right. The FBI goofed. In their haste to paint the "Domestic Terrorism" narrative, they seem to have unwittingly proven President Trump's innocence in the whole "Inciting insurrection" farce.

Ha ha ha so we can all get this straight. For 2 years you rats lied, illegally wire tapped, colluded with Russians, lied to a FISA court judge and doctored emails. Biden threatened to withhold a billion in aid unless a foreign country stopped investigating his corrupt drug addicted son who was biden's own bag man. The left then goes out and tries to falsely impeach Trump for doing what the rats ACTUALLY did. They failed but somehow this time HH is just sure that this time and this "opportunity for differentiation" (WTF is that supposed to mean) its important to attempt to impeach again. Oh and that it is the Republicans who are not voting for impeachment who are somehow not loyal to the Constitution.

Ha ha ha....the shit that you come up with AND the shit you choose to ignore in your corrupt as hell party is something to behold. You are a legendary hypocrite HH.

They practice in fucking South Carolina. Representing Daddy didn’t present a career threat. They just weren’t willing to go to the floor and argue a frivolous claim.
Yeah we have seen the frivolous claim/accusation from you rats before. Like Russian collusion and the left denying that Trump's campaign HQ was wire tapped. Or how about Trump claiming during the election that that idiot biden would shut down fracking and the rats claiming it was a lie?

You can stop with the "frivolous" bullshit. You people lie way too much to listen to that crap.
There is and was lots of evidence of contact between Daddy's campaign and Russia. You should actually read the Mueller Report sometime. Bill Barr's "summary" is only the Classic Comics version at best.

There is absolutely no evidence that the 2020 Presidential election was stolen. None. Nada. Zip.

Anyone who says otherwise is lying or nuts.

Edit: I see nuts has weighed in. Twice, so far.
There was zero evidence that there was ever any collusion. I read the bulk (not all) of the Mueller report. What I failed to see in the mueller report was any investigation into the DNC and The Bitch colluding with Russians, which they obviously did so the conclusion on that sham of an "investigation" was that it was 100% a political hit job. It was a hit job and that is precisely why there was no conviction or anything even close. You conveniently avoided the fact that your side did the unthinkable and wire tapped a competing Presidential campaign and then let one of the direct players off the hook with a $100 fine. 3rd world corrupt politics by your party.

As for no evidence of fraud, maybe you can tell me why we never got an answer or any detail on the fraud that took place in Atlanta? They didn't even bother to tell us what happened, just swept it under the rug. A toilet overflows in the morning and that night they kick everyone out except democrats and start counting again with a video of one of the rats recording herself in a message to her daughter that she is there to do what she has to do? Kicking Rep observers out in multiple locations across the country? Statistically impossible one sided swells of votes only for biden?

    The fix was in.
The authorities are again hiding the evidence of the things that never happened that you were told happened. Lying or nuts? I don't think you're lying.
That I was told happened? I saw it with my own two eyes. The only side caught lying repeatedly is the left. Keep dodging and making excuses but no one trusts rats when it comes to just about anything. My honest rat friends even admit as much. THey admit, their leadership lies and cheats. It doesn't bother them because at the end of the day it gives them power.
"Confession" by "honest" people who aren't involved in the process in any way. Awesome!
Watching lawyers lie in court and spin crazy yarns is nothing new. Seen it a ton of times. Have you actually been in court?
Another apochryphal tale from the alleged "cop".

Seen it a ton of times.
I knew you'd never been in a court room!

Dazzler subscribes to the school of thought that if you just repeat a lie enough times it magically becomes true.

We have a Trump Tower meeting, set up by Fusion GPS. Other than that not much. And "Contact" doesn't equal collusion my lying kunt of a friend. Flynn's "contact" with the Russians was entirely legitimate and you still wanted him thrown in jail for it.

Weird how I've never seen you express any OUTRAGE over Hillary's very real "Contact" with Russians through Steele that really was designed to influence the election. Of course you won't read about any of that in Mueller's report despite the fact that he was tasked with looking into Russian interference in our election he had no interest in Hillary. The best Mueller could come up with was some pathetic Facebook Ads that no one saw.

He never even brought charges against anyone for "contact" or collusion with Russians.

How do you impeach the former CEO of a bankrupted corporation that no longer exists? RIP America Inc.

How do you impeach a President or Resident of a foreign nation - the Republic of the United States, from the City State of Washington DC, which is not part of the USA, and has no jurisdiction to hold such proceedings?

I’m sure many on this board would be pushing full steam ahead on healing and reducing divisiveness if there was a “D” before the political party of the president in question instead of an “R.” The trial would still be seen as a farce and in no way should it proceed.

It's neat how you actually believe there is a difference between an R and a D. One Party, two factions.

All Nazi. All Communist. The US government has managed to meld the two worst ideologies of the 20th Century, and turn that machine on the American people.

Again, how do you give a guy two weeks to prepare for a trial?

How do you impeach a guy who is no longer president?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iy_IIbAtgJo

I’m sure Leaky Leahy will run an honest Kangaroo Court.
    Exactly
I’m sure many on this board would be pushing full steam ahead on healing and reducing divisiveness if there was a “D” before the political party of the president in question instead of an “R.” The trial would still be seen as a farce and in no way should it proceed.

    You guys are so neat.
The GOP doesn’t have the media behind them to pull such a shameless partisan stunt.

I don’t want unity with a milquetoast liberal like you. It’s your side calling for it as you do the exact opposite in your actions.

What did Trump do that deserved impeachment and ... removal, I guess? Questioning an election? Pelosi did that herself when Trump won and you fools applauded her for it and cheered on a bogus Russian Hoax.

At least 2/3 of the US congress will be facing tribunals, life in prison sentences or execution by firing squad. That's what happens when you get caught trying to install a Neo Nazi/Neo Communist regime.

Also, ask yourself, if a Dementia-riddled illegitimate President in said City State makes crazy edicts, does the Pope shit in the woods in his City State?

How many trials don’t have an actual judge presiding over it? This seems like a student council “trial” on a woke campus.

Actually you tried to claim that this trial is just like "any fucking trial." Which is fucking stupid, which is why it was you who said it.

Under the Constitution, impeachment is explicitly to remove from office. Flea is just a dumber more desperate Slobberer. Guessing much older. The Constitution isn't that hard to read. Leftards lie and love to be lied to.

    Article II, Section 4:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
