Well, einstein, my point was that the proclamation was controversial and heavily influenced by the prevailing circumstances. Legally it was argued on various grounds, but the upheaval of the war influenced the legality, in the same way that the upheaval of the pandemic influences judgments rendered about mail in voting.

You can't understand because you don't have the brainpower. By the way, fascism takes the form demanding that the party follow Trump's idiotic clinging to power and lies about "winning" when he clearly lost. Fascism requires LOYALTY to a DICTATOR. Also fascist is forbidding staffers (thousands literally of his appointees) from looking for new jobs because they have to be devoted loyalists to the fucking dictator. He's got the whole party loyal to him and not the Constitution, == fascism.

Yeah, the fucking moron who claims that a President who appoints people who are loyal to him is really a fascist is just too deep for me to understand.

This word salad is nothing more than vacuous gibberish intended to paper over the fact they you stuck your head up your ass with your comment about Lincoln freeing the slaves.

But it doesn't, that's the thing, other than it's an event occurring in time. The actual magnitude of the event is what makes it news.

What is the court case or sure-fire mechanism that'll overturn things after this Texas case is shot down? Debates on floor of Congress? When that amounts to nothing and Biden is inaugurated, I look forward to the lead pipe cinch controversy which will sure to have him removed from office. That'll be a fun 4 years to watch.

So 17 State AGs have joined as have members of PA state legislature joins case

As have 106 US house members

Sounds like the Court needs to hear the case then

37 states have now expressed an interest in how PA illegally changed the election rules

    Big if true

But the Dazzler and @AOGComeLately said it wasn't so....

37 states AGs and legislatures clearly are not as intellectually capable as those two. Clearly.
