Pete had his flaws and they are well documented but hiring Pete was still one the best decisions this program ever made. Pete brought us back to true relevance and stocked us with talent, hard working talent. The frustrations with Pete are that he was so close to being great but his seemingly easily fixable flaws never got fixed.chuck said:
