Pre enhanced Edgar was a beast at the most important hitting stat that there is. Fuck the Mariners for thinking Jim Presley was a better option than he was for most of those age 24-26 years.
By BR WAR Edgar was a 5.5 win player at 27 and 6 win at 28.
Dude could flat out rake on his own, the juice just allowed him to go from the ideal 2 hole hitter to a monster in the middle of the order.

Instead of bashing the other 7-8 shitty batters the Mariners have in their lineup night in night out, I like to bash the guy nearly hitting .330 and a lot of extra base hits... I do that. -
