    She was only high after she went to the hospital. They gave her medication to treat her severe pain. The same pain that prompted her initially to drive to her brother's house, call her mom and then drive to the hospital.

    Her mom made her drive herself to the hospital? Even her mom didn’t believe her obvious bullshit story. Where is the lighter, by the way. Did it rebound back out of her car? What kind of lighter stays flaming after it is thrown and your hand goes off of the igniter. She filed the report over the phone? How did this get on national TV? It’s so preposterous that even a little bit of skepticism casts doubt on it, yet this kid gets a national audience?
