The point is, it’s hard enough to hit a moving target when you’re aiming center mass, now you’re saying to shoot him in an extremity. That shot will miss and will most likely take out a bystander. Always aim for the torso.SECDAWG said:

Exactly. Why would some Deputy Sheriff from another county supplement your force when he/she knows they will be charged with crimes for trying to do their job. Fuck Atlanta. Fuck that DA. Charges BEFORE the GBI investigation results? What a fucking sham.Sledog said: -
That DA shouldn't even be on the job. He is being investigated for corruption right now and the facts are showing he is corrupt as hell. I played golf with a sheriff and an FBI agent last week. We live in Zone Six where some of the sickouts happened last night. Stayed up as late as could listening to the sounds of the night- usually a few sirens up and down Moreland. Nothing like New York or Chicago but enough you need to get used to it so they don't wake you up. Nothing- Heard nothing last night.
Meanwhile the Today show is having a pity party for a guy who was in jail for DUI and beating his kids. Two cops trying to keep the streets safe are fired and one charged with murder. We're fucking screwed. -
I don't have a problem with them being on paid leave. I think any time an officer takes someone's life it's reasonable for there to be an investigation before they are back patrolling the streets.Fire_Marshall_Bill said:Those cops should still be working.
