I know this is a strange thread to respond on but here goes:
Who gives a fuck if he was resisting? He’s in cuffs and there were four cops. It doesn’t seem too difficult to get him to jail without killing him.
I do find some irony in that there is no outrage over the lack of social distancing with the protest. I’m tired of the spin used about how going out without a mask is selfish, etc. -
Footage from the cell phone that captured the event, has the camera person at the beginning
of the video paying special attention to get a good shot of the trash can with the 6's painted
on it, zooming in and out on the can, while a man is allegedly being being choked by a police
officer in background.
-
Man who may have been coked up and drunk based on reports was unnecessarily killed by an officer kneeling on his neck. Autopsy will be interesting. My guess is heart attack.
-
He didn’t need a fucking knee in his neck for 8 minutes. He’s also saying he can’t breathe.NorthwestFresh said:Man who may have been coked up and drunk based on reports was unnecessarily killed by an officer kneeling on his neck. Autopsy will be interesting. My guess is heart attack.

JFC. Seriously? This cop kneeling on this man’s neck for 8 minutes is OK in any circumstance?
I agree with most of the right-leaning tug members on the site for a lot of stuff, but you can’t defend this MFer. Seriously... POS. No excuse -
I don't want to OBK 2 Conspiracy Junkie here, but we all know the media thrives on racial division (and all sorts of division). It's pretty clear those who are really in charge (I'm not talking about Trump) use it also. It can be anything - abortion, guns, race, gender, immigration. You name it. I don't think Soros flew some actors in or anything like that, but I do think there's lots of stuff we don't know about this. Is it being held back intentionally? I wouldn't be surprised.
Also, the cop can clearly see several people are taping him. Isn't it odd none of those four cops did anything to stop it? Are they all demented racist sadists? -

good prosecutors can/will move mental mountains to build cases they want to prosecuteSledog said: -
My brother is fresh out of law school and in a public defenders office. He explained to me yesterday where a prosecutor trying to protect a cop might go after a Murder 1 (premeditated) charge that he knows he wont get, instead of a lesser Manslaughter that he knows he would get in a heart beat.WilburHooksHands said:

That quote from the Prosecutor leads me to believe he is in the business of protecting police and not metting actual justice.
You think the riots are bad now, wait for that cop to be acquitted of M1. -

I was wondering that too - I guess we'll see how the public responds. From what I read, the first charge is up to 25 years, second charge is up to 10 years. I don't know all of the rules regarding the sentences running concurrently/consecutively, etc.GrundleStiltzkin said:
