I've seen this migration before usually post-economic downturn - people in Cali say fuck it, sell and move somewhere less expensive. This time it is going to be the double whammy of the economic downturn and the fucktarded policies of the left.
When all the taxpayers LEAVE, the whole house of cards of Cali state finance will come crashing down.
