Amy was sexy, not beautiful or hot, before the demons took over.PurpleThrobber said:

Day 18: The Closer
Plenty of quality options...this one may have begun my journey from snot-nosed high school punk to discerning seeker of quality music...or not. (EWIWI)...RIPTP

It's the first track - but since it is from The Completion Backwards Principle album, it's really the closing track.

Day 18 -- Not only the closing track of an album I love, but usually the closer at their concerts, including both I attended. Sigur Rós, Popplagið. Enjoy the epileptic seizure:

Just listened to this whole album while working in the shop after catching this great Tiny Desk concert:

Interestingly, this song is GZA and Killah Priest and appears in both of their first solos. Both are great albums. -
GZA is my favorite member of Wu-Tang. Liquid Swords is my favorite solo album.1to392831weretaken said:

Day 18. So many good choices - Rocket Queen, Rock n Roll Ain’t Noise Pollution, and When The Levee Breaks were all considered, but had to go with this. Listened to this album so much I wore out two cassette tapes. The classical intro leads into a main riff that rips the hair off your nuts

Shout out to the Balmoral Beach Boys for making Spin Magazine’s 1991 album of the year over Nevermind,

Day 19: Pop

I'm not ashamed. -
Day 19 - Synth Pop
Uncle Al & Ministry weren’t always a heavy industrial strength metal band. They started out as a nice synth pop outfit.
