This is what I don’t understand. If Gee was secretly hurt that UW didn’t offer because it was his dream growing up or he wanted to play with his HS friends or whatever the reason, then why didn’t he flip the moment UW offered? It’s not like CP was badmouthing him and ruining his other offers. He had offers from all over. He’s going to one of the elite programs in the country. Every UW fan I’ve heard wishes that Pete offered and that he was gonna play for UW.

There isn’t any, unless Sr is so hungry for attention and local news level notoriety that he’s adding fuel to a story *allegedly* involving his son just to stay in the “spotlight” for a few more weeks before Jr ships out to the middle of Ohio and nobody in WA ever cares about him again. -

The cost was not that UW didn't get Gee. The three *we got negate the loss. It's the dirty shit his daddy has been slinging. I dont wish anything bad for the kid aside from him having to endure his father getting publicly shamed. -

I forgot to write my even more purely hypothetical idea that Pete probably hated Gee Sr. with the passion of a thousand suns. Junior Adams, I'm sure in an effort to get talent, said he would filter Sr. for the chance to coach Gee Jr. Pete grudgingly relents. Boom! Kinda late offer. There could be more to the story if certain players in the group chat did more with the content after it as shared or someone tried influence victims or witnesses. Not saying that happened. Don’t twist. There is just likely more to the story than is being reported at this point.
That said. Hector, Rogers and Adams are likely going to have to prove themselves via a jc or small school. Fair price to pay honestly for being dumb and involved.
Not offering gee earlier could have been for other reasons than an assumption of Involvement in this.
Whatever it was uw looks bad for offering Adams at this point. That’s all I take always from this. -
Face it. In this day and age, you can’t just let guys like Jerramy Stevens or Rodney Woods on campus, if you know something ahead of time. This kid is cooked, as far as UW is concerned. Honestly, he’s not worth the free pub that would come along with it.

There is probably a shitload more to the story of who got offered and when a d why than we know. Maybe it's the behavior of the individuals after the event that determined it, not the incident itself. If Adams was with the girl but had nothing to do with the video and was honest and contrite about it, perhaps that's what differentiated him.
I'm reserving judgement.
