Also talks about the Election Day alternative. It’s from 2013, but somehow I doubt the voting process has improved enough to contradict the study from 7 years ago
Thank you. I believe his argument will be the whole Wisconsin election should have been by mail or delayed until the voters weren't supressed. I haven't paid attention to the issue but he says it was because in addition to their primaries there were state supreme court openings and the Republicans knew they could hurt the Democrtas by not extending the vote.

Let's hear the TugTard excuses on why every state shouldn't move to mail-in voting.

Pretty much everyone I knew got into band because they got beat up a lot as a kid and couldn't get laid in a horror house.

I avoided physical altercations and “horror houses.”

There’s the argument that mail-in votes increases/decreases voter turnout and then there’s the singular one your opponent is making that the SCOTUS decision could hurt this specific voter turnout (which it more or less is as ballots are being invalidated despite extenuating circumstances).

I see it both ways, I am a fence sitter

early voting appears to be the only way to go -

biggest benefit - less advertising and campaigning. I want early voting to start now

Edit - Washington and Oregon not included mainly because the elections are over before we? finish voting. Our? votes do not matter

Don't necessarily agree. The networks may call the Presidential election before poles close in the far west but until things change massively, those are 3 solid blue states regardless. You could call them as Blue in June if you wanted...no big surprise there. And since we? operate under the electoral college system anyway, Cali, OR and WA are probably going to go blue irregardless. But it always is nice to say, "fuck that - I didn't vote like the rest of you retards" when the national total goes red.

The reason one's votes count is the local and state elections/initiatives. If someone is voting only for President, they're doing it wrong.

You know how hard it is to get the average Millenial to take something to the damn mailbox?

I'm all for mail in ballots but I don't think they would be the boon for turnout that many think they would.

I do think it would be easy to cheat
