No AD but still should have beat the Pacers

Lebron is horrible at the line in the 4th quarter. Still

Wouldn’t have believed it in October but the Lakers are the team to beat in the here and now. Gettin lotsa guys involved and somehow Vogel has got good minutes out of Howard and KCP almost every night.

They can lock anybody down in the last 3 minutes most games. That’s gonna be valuable in the playoffs? Bron looks good, even on a night where sucked pond water the first half.

Clips are right there though. It will be interesting to see if Montrezl will be effective against the Lakers on Xmas. If AD can slow him down, the Clips will have trouble against the Lakers when it counts.

Vogel was a good hire. Getting a defensive coach was huge because LeBron and AD are good enough on offense that you know you’ll be taken care of on that end.
Word is that James likes Vogel. NEM

Altitude was a factor as well as the lack of a PE credit for transfers

And the last game of a 5 game road trip

    See you in June

That guy is fucking amazing and is the best player in the NBA. His numbers are unreal and he gets better each year. He can’t get much better at Thai point other than shooting and his three is just to keep defenses honest and hit wide open ones that are conceded to him. He’s not a great free throw shooter either.

I still think whoever wins the Lakers-Clippers wins it all.

Milwaukee should take the East rather easily. Philly should be right there, but they have held onto Brett Brown for way too long. He should have been fired when he was went 10-72, but Philly is dumb for not firing him after the past two seasons.

He seems like a good guy, but he’s a shit coach. Similar to Scott Brooks and the Thunder. You know he’s not a great coach, so just get it over with and fire him.

Go into OKC without AD and Lebron and run the Sonics out of the building. Kuzma with 30

If only they could beat the Clippers. Its a two team race. Beat Dallas again

    Awfully cool for May

Two team race for sure. Houston after them. Houston will blow it, but I wouldn’t want to face them in round 2.

Still a bust but he’s doing a lot better. Never going to be a winning player if he can’t shoot. A bad shooter at PG kills an offense.

Anthony Bennett was a bust bust. Fultz can still be an above average player even without a good jumper because of his athleticism. True, he will not live up to the hype of going #1 overall, but he's averaging basically the same numbers per minute as Lonzo Ball, and at a higher fg%. Ball seems to get a free pass.

The 2017 draft class as a whole looks like garbage. 5 or 6 decent players?

Ball is also a bust. Can’t shoot at all. Fultz will never play on a good team as a starter.

    I mean he's getting 28 minutes a game on a .500 team at 21 years old.

He can absolutely start on a good team by the time he's 25.

    LIPO.

Can’t shoot, doesn’t really defend, advanced stats are horrible.

Fultz beat out DJ Augustine. He’s not playing 28 min for any other team that would currently make the playoffs. The Magic are horrible.

You can’t win in today’s NBA with a PG that can’t shoot. You just can’t.

Lakers lead the Nets 75 to 70 at the half and James Worthy just said they need to get out and run more

    March 1

Watched a lot of Lakers this year because how often is the GOAT your local team? Watched more games than since the last Sonic run with Gary and Shawn.

Decided Friday to watch my other local team the Clippers. According to the announcers they played their best game of the season. Crushed Denver. Really good team and better than the Lakers until they aren't

Denver is a pretender like most of the West.

Then @dnc 's Vancouver Grizz boatraced my Lakers. Ja Morant is the real deal.

Lastly I checked out Micro Ball. I don't believe in the Celtics or their college coach but the Rockets were impressive with a road win.

Close it our tonight with the fun to watch Pelicans against my Lakers.

The playoffs are still the Lakers and the Clippers deciding who plays the Bucks. Micro Ball on the outside looking in

The NBA is good these days. The Combine probably gets better ratings

Rockets will beat a LA team this year and not win the West. You heard it here first. I’m gonna choose the Clippers.

Doc Rivers has always been a mediocre coach and their team is secretly worse than Kawaii’s Raptors were last year. Siakam is better (at least a push) than George. Lowry and Van Vleet are better than Lou Will, Beverly, and Shamat. Harrell is good, but I would rather have Ibaka and Gasol.

Opening the court for Westbrook should have been done by a team 5 years ago. His centers have always bogged him down. He’s been a top 3 player the past month and has steadily improved on the Rockets. He’s been killing. Shot selection and FG% are way better. He should quit shooting threes and can now that there is no center.

Everything the Rockets have done is smart. Harden is a lazy defender but really good in the post. Westbrook’s defensive rebounding masks the rebounding issues.

I hate D’Antoni but this is their best team, rather easily. They aren’t as dependent on Harden to score 40 because Westbrook can do it if Harden is off.

Zion is the real deal if he stays healthy which I still think is a big if. Good ballgame last night

He needs to lose 20 lbs, otherwise agree.

That would help him stay healthy

19 year olds only get fatter and heavier as life goes on

He's a freak but its hard to see him 17 years from now still being MVP like LeBron

I can see Zion having a shorter prime, but he’s a top 10 player as soon as next year. He’s basically unstoppable.
