What it means is if you are Bama, Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State or 1-2 others then the kids are totally blessed to get your last minute offer. If, however, you are a school like UW and you didn't show them the respect to offer them when they were 13 then you have no business throwing them a late offer when there are only 11 months until signing day.
