Hawks can't make the SB without at least a two seed. Also remember the Aints mauled them with Ted Bridgewater. I think it's possible but they'll need help, some bad gaymes by other teams and Beast Mode and Robert Turbine to do great.

So far so goodRaceBannon said:I hate Drew Brees and the Saints by the way. And Sean Payton. I hope they get 16 bad calls they can cry about for the next 20 years. They still had the Rams beat last year but Brees threw a pick.

Great weekend of ball....
-
New Orleans getting fucking hosed by non PI calls will never get old. Remember the non PI call in week 17 SF/SEA game possibly screwed them out of a bye too. Awesome.
-
Ravens and Chiefs are worth the price of a ticket
The rest is dreck -
The NFC playoffs might as well be called the “Sacrificial Lamb Tournament”

watch this 40 yr old backup pull a nick foles

Just spear him in the head.Gladstone said:watch this 40 yr old backup pull a nick foles

Just take both these teams out to the backyard and end them both.
-
LMAO now sanders is injured
typical seahawks middling around the 1H
lucky to be up 7 IMO
no excuse not to bloor doors off them in 3q and then rest starters -
That was cool to see Lynch score like that.

Who would have predicted that Seattle would turn into a perennial wildcard bitch?
Swear I saw 5 more super bowl rings and 3 more Superbowl losing endzone picks in store for this proud and storied franchise. -
-
They're going to have to beat Green Bay, SF, then Baltimore/KC. It's over.

Imagine a Trail Blazers fan thinking the Seahawks season is over.haie said:They're going to have to beat Green Bay, SF, then Baltimore/KC. It's over.

So dumb. He would be lucky to have 2 or 3 teams interested in him if he wanted to play this year. That’s nothing against him but he’s a 33 year old RB that isn’t going to sign for the minimum.Gladstone said:
He signed with Seattle in week 16 because of injuries. -
Still an awesome moment and great vid.

I took it as "I wouldn't go back and play for most teams but I do have unfinished business there".RoadDawg55 said:

Maybe I'm hearing what I want to hear. -
That is what Lynch was saying, but the question was dumb as fuck and completely inaccurate.dnc said:

Games missed is obviously only part of the story. Philly, in particular, would probably move up based on the importance of the players missing.Gladstone said:
But yeah Seattle has been massively injuried and still keeps on ticking.

The only team in the NFC that I felt the Seahawks certainly couldn't beat was New Orleans who are now out
As the playoffs go along I expect the run game to improve, getting Duane brown back (along with iupati) would change the offense.
The path to make the Superbowl is there, the Seahawks have very little speed on defense but green bay in cold weather likely wont expose that. It'll come down to can they pressure Rodgers as I think the game comes down to the 4th quarter.
After that would likely face SF who is probably better than them but a team they played neck and neck both times. Who knows, maybe Minnesota pulls off an upset and they host.
If they were to get there, they need to hope somehow Baltimore gets knocked off. That is the other team that would certainly expose them. KC they could maybe beat in a shootout. -
Russ's (only?) Achilles heel is rain and/or extreme cold.dhdawg said:The only team in the NFC that I felt the Seahawks certainly couldn't beat was New Orleans who are now out

It's going to be like 26 degrees Sunday.
I agree there's no team they can't beat but having to play in GB, at night, is probably going to be the end of them.
They can't win if Russell isn't damn near perfect. -
He's bad in rain and wind.
Forecast is mid 20's with no rain, and little wind.
That is manageable -
IMO the worst game he ever played was 26 degrees, 5 mph wind.dhdawg said:He's bad in rain and wind.

Not coincidentally in GB.

Fair point. That game was a part of a broader collapse though where he and the team did not play well against TB, GB, and then lost their bye against the cards at home (sounds familiar right) before getting smoked in Atlanta. I don't feel the weather was a huge factor.dnc said:

I mean Russ had 1 TD 5 INTs that game, 9 TDs 3 INTS the rest of the regular season games from the TB game on.dhdawg said:

That GB game was a massive, massive outlier. It's an outlier in his whole career.
