I'd let it go because I wouldn't be a representative from the southern states and would know that is North's solution to keep the South from getting more people in Congress and electoral college. I'd know it's a compromise that would limit the south's influence with a longer term goal to end slavery. I'd also know that it didn't rule "black men" we're 3/5 human and that it said free person should be added to the population by their whole number and all others should be counted a 3/5.DerekJohnson said:

Good men will acknowledge the problem and try to solve it. Bad men will blame lack of affordable housing and low wages which allows them to shift blame to the evil free market. Yeah, people are shitting in the streets because we've dismantled the social safety net. We spend more on Welfare and Social Services than at any other time in our history. The State of California is completely run by Rats, every mayor of any significant sized city is a liberal, same with every city counsel and every statewide elected office, and all of them spend billions every year on Social Services and yet the homeless problem just gets worse.
